Monday Morning Motivation
It's Monday again, and we're wondering how it came around so quickly. Whether you had a jam packed weekend and are still recovering, or a super chill one thats left you feeling fresh and rejuvenated, it's important to get the week off to a flying start.
Excercise - Don't overthink it, anything from a morning stroll to a hectic HIIT workout will do, just move your bod for some immediate Monday morning motivation.
Avoid a caffeine overload - It's tempting to reach straight for coffee by the bucketload on a Monday Morning but jitters and anxiety won't do anyone any good so try switching it out for a green juice or nutritionally dense fruit smoothie.
Phone free time - Save the social scrolling until later and let yourself come round and settle into the day without any outside influences or hectic Instagram stories.
Meditate - You don't have to know exactly what you're doing when it comes to meditating. But just taking a few minutes to find peace, sit in your thoughts and prepare for the day ahead is a great way to kick off the week with a calm head.
Dress for Success - We're not necessarily talking power suits and stilettos, but rocking your favourite outfit, will give you the confidence to stroll into work and boss it today.
Spritz your favourite fragrance - Looking AND feeling good are both important factors when it comes to making the most out of your day. Add a spray of your favourite scent to finish your look and feel uplifted and motivated all day.
