Survey Prize Draw Terms

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. ONE ELIGIBLE ENTRANT WILL WIN A £250 SHAY & BLUE GIFT CARD.

These Terms & Conditions apply to the ScentList Member Survey Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”).

1. Promoter

The promoter is Shay & Blue Ltd, 80 York Street, London W1H 1QW (“Shay & Blue” or the “Promoter”). Shay & Blue UK

2. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are eligible to participate in the ScentList Member Survey.

Employees, officers and immediate family members of employees of Shay & Blue Ltd, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Prize Draw, are not eligible to enter.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

3. Prize Draw Period

The Prize Draw opens on Friday 11th September and closes at 11:59 PM UK time on Wednesday 30th September.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Prize Draw:

1. Visit the ScentList Member Survey at shayandblue.com/pages/survey.
2. Complete and submit the survey during the Prize Draw Period.
3. Provide a valid email address when requested.

There is no purchase necessary to enter.

Only one entry per person/email address will be accepted.

Multiple, automated, incomplete or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

5. The Prize

There is one (1) prize available.

One eligible entrant will receive:

£250 Shay & Blue Gift Card

The gift card may be used on eligible products at Shay & Blue UK, subject to the applicable gift card terms.

The Prize is:

• non-transferable;
• non-exchangeable;
• not redeemable for cash.

Shay & Blue reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received before the closing date.

The draw will take place within 7 days of the Prize Draw closing.

The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure the random selection process is fair.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the email address provided when completing the survey.

The winner must respond within 7 days of the notification email.

If the winner:

• does not respond within that period;
• cannot be contacted;
• is found to be ineligible; or
• has otherwise breached these Terms & Conditions,

Shay & Blue reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Awarding the Prize

The Prize will normally be provided to the verified winner within 30 days of successful contact and eligibility confirmation.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of the winner's identity, age or UK residency before providing the Prize.

UK CAP guidance says promoters should normally award advertised prizes within 30 days. ASA

9. Personal Data

Personal information supplied in connection with the Prize Draw will be processed in accordance with the Shay & Blue Privacy Policy.

Information provided through the survey will be used to:

• administer the ScentList Member Survey;
• administer and verify entries into the Prize Draw;
• contact the selected winner;
• analyse customer feedback and improve ScentList.

Entering the Prize Draw does not automatically opt participants into marketing communications.

Where an entrant separately chooses to consent to marketing communications, their information may also be used for that purpose in accordance with the consent provided.

10. Survey Responses

Survey responses may be analysed in aggregate to help Shay & Blue understand member experiences and improve ScentList.

Where Shay & Blue uses anonymised survey comments or insights for internal research, customer-identifying information will not be included unless the customer has separately agreed to such use.

11. General

Shay & Blue reserves the right to disqualify any entry where it reasonably believes an entrant has:

• provided false information;
• attempted to submit multiple entries;
• manipulated the entry process; or
• otherwise acted contrary to these Terms & Conditions.

If circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make the Prize Draw impossible to operate as planned, Shay & Blue may suspend, cancel or amend the promotion where reasonably necessary.

Any changes will not unfairly disadvantage participants who have already entered.

The Promoter's decision in relation to the Prize Draw is final, subject to applicable law.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shay & Blue will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not successfully completed due to technical issues outside its reasonable control.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and the Prize Draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Entrants may bring proceedings in the courts applicable to their place of residence where mandatory consumer law provides that right.
