All of our delivery destinations and estimated delivery times are listed below. All uk orders are delivered with our compliments via DPD Local, fully tracked and with text updates. European and international orders are charged at a flat rate and delivered either via DPD or Fedex. We ship to most territories in North America, Central and South America, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific - Enter your country at 'Checkout' to verify exact delivery status. Delivery times below are a guide and subject to local customs clearing times.

Holiday Delivery Dates

See below our final shipping dates for 2019, in order to receive your item in time for the Holiday's ensure orders are placed before 3pm on the listed dates.

UK - Standard (2-4 Days) 20th December FREE
Europe - Standard (5-10 Days) 16th December £10
Rest of World - Standard (4-6 Days) 19th December £10

Please Note:

Our daily cut off for all UK and international orders is 12PM GMT (LDN). Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following working day.


RETURNS

At Shay & Blue we want you to be happy with every purchase you make.

We understand that sometimes you may need to return items. In order to help with this, here is our Returns Policy.

Returns within 30 days of purchase – Our products are made with care to the highest standards. In the event that goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase, please return them for a full refund or replacement. Please email us before returning goods:

We will then email you a returns authorization number. Return your goods with a note detailing:

Your returns authorization number

Ideally, wrap the item(s) securely in original packaging, mark the outside of the package with your returns authorisation number.
